Delivery Information

Kingston upon Hull - Local van deliveries
 
We deliver every day except Sundays to Hull customers for a flat rate of £5.00. Orders must be in by 10am on the day to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the following day. Except Sundays
​

 

 We ship mainland orders out across the UK via DPD courier service. Raw feeds are packed in temperature controlled boxes with recyclable insulation.

 

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be automatically applied at checkout.

​

Orders are posted out Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

​

We have no minimum order value. Orders of raw food below 10kg may not remain fully frozen in transit. It is safe to refreeze partially defrosted raw.

​

Orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will be dispatched from following Monday.

​

Our current timeframe for dispatch is 1 working day. Orders are then shipped with DPD Next Day delivery service, orders may take 1-2 working days during busy periods. We cannot guarantee next day delivery.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery address details (e.g. full postcode) are entered correctly at the point of checkout, these cannot be amended once your order has been processed.

  • 61KG - 90KG - £27.00

  • 91KG 120KG  - £35.00

 

DPD will contact you by email/text to notify you they have your order and provide a one hour delivery window. You are able to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute delivery window.

 

You will be given the option to leave your order in a safe place if you are not in. If you choose to have your order re-delivered on another day through DPD, the contents of your order are not guaranteed to stay frozen. We recommend you accept your order at the earliest possible date to ensure your products arrive in the best condition. We cannot accept any liability for re-delivered orders which arrive defrosted or partially defrosted.

 

Once it leaves us, DPD are in control of your parcel and reserve the right to deliver within 48hours. DPD do not deliver on Bank Holiday Sunday, Mondays or Fridays. 

 

DPD do not ship to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Scilly Isles.
